It is agreed that CCR shall provide Staff Shooter with the following:
- 20% discount on one (1) bow purchase annually. Discounts on additional bow purchases are to be approved at the shop manager’s discretion.
- 20% discount on CCR products at standard retail pricing. Products purchased are for personal use only and not for resale. Discounts are not applicable to sale items nor to exceed CCR cost.
- Free range fees, including Indoor, Outdoor, and 3-D ranges.
- Free service on archery equipment purchased at CCR by CCR Staff. Such service shall not interfere with the service of paying customers.
- Jersey Reimbursement: CCR will reimburse the cost for one Staff Shooter Jersey (New Shooters only).
- Referral discount: Good for 10% off accessories and 5% off new bows for new customers referred to CCR by Staff Shooter.
Conditions
As a Staff Shooter, you agree to adhere to the following responsibilities and standards:
- Always represent CCR in a professional and sportsmanlike manner, acting as a positive ambassador for the sport of archery.
- Promote CCR by attending archery events, trade shows, and shoots when possible. Staff Shooters are required to wear a CCR Staff Shooter Jersey or other approved apparel at all events.
- Promote CCR on social media, internet forums, and anywhere archery is discussed. All social media postings must maintain a professional tone and reflect positively on both CCR and the Staff Shooter.
- Exclusively promote CCR as your shooting facility.
- Purchase the CCR Staff Shooter Jersey directly from the selected vendor (Zexez Sports).
- Shoot only bows for which CCR is an authorized dealer.
- Access behind the counter is permitted ONLY on an invitation basis. Staff shooters behind the counter for any reason may be requested by the Shop Manager to assist with answering phones and assisting customers.
- Perform at least ten (10) hours of service work. All qualifying service must be initiated or approved by CCR or the CCR Staff Shooter Board ahead of time (e.g., assisting at the shop, event center, trade shows, tournaments, or work parties). Participation will be reviewed bi-annually for renewal consideration.
- Compete in at least five (5) competitive events per calendar year (TFAA, NFAA, ASA, USA, JOAD, 4H, NASP, etc.).
Terms & Disclaimers
- This agreement is at the discretion of CCR and may be revoked at any time during the season for any reason deemed necessary by CCR.
- This agreement is confidential; neither party shall disclose the terms, conditions, or descriptions of this agreement.
- Any exceptions to the Terms and Conditions of this agreement are at the discretion of the CCR Staff Shooter Board and/or CCR management.
